Salamina-Salamina bay (Agios Georgios) - Uninhabited islands (in between)  Epidaurus – Agistri South – Poros – Agistri North – Aegina -Salamina small secluded bay – Salamina harbour

Day 1

Salamina

Our journey begins on the small, historic island of Salamina, just a short 15min ferry ride away from Perama harbor, Athens. Salamina has an illustrious history. In 480BC, one of the largest naval battles in Greek antiquity was courageously fought and won against the Persian fleet, despite the Greek fleet being vastly outnumbered.
Today, Salamina is a non-pretentious, bustling island suburb for Athenians with many seaside restaurants and a local market. It is also home to the Hellenic Naval Headquarters on its Northern coast. We will welcome you aboard at 15:00 for drinks and appetizers while we go through the important safety information and general briefing. While you settle in and enjoy your floating hotel and a sunset on the sea, we will make our way our first stop in Agios Georgios Bay where we will spend our first night at anchor and visit the local tavern's on the beach front.

Day 2

Uninhabited islands

In the morning we will enjoy a nice leisurely cruise to the small cluster of islands north of Aegina for some snorkelling and general sunbathing laziness. You can try your hand Stand up paddle boarding, kayaking or even windsurfing. We will have a BBQ on board, spending the night at anchor under the stars. For those of you so inclined we can spin the decks
and have a bit of a party, or even persuade the captain to get his guitar out.

Day 3

Epidaurus

A place for the archeology lovers. You will have the chance to visit the Sanctuary of Asklepios, the son of Apollo and the god of medicine. Other sights include the ancient theatre that’s still in use today for productions and the ruins of a medieval castle. There is the chance to snorkel over the sunken ruins of Epidavros sunken city when we are moored in the bay. Plenty of chances to do more paddle boarding around this beautiful cove. We will also stay here for the evening taking dinner in one of the local tavernas.

Day 4

Agistri - South

Try horse riding, or if you have the experience go on a longer trek through the pine forests and fruit groves. Explore the salt pan, Metochi, and the church of Panagia with the most amazing panoramic view. Come snorkelling with us and we will guide you on a tour of these  crystal waters. There is also a dive center where you can try diving for the first time, or go on a tour if you are experienced. Later, we will make an evening cruise down to Poros taking dinner on board.

Day 5

Poros

Poros is acclaimed for its hike to the ruins of the Temple of Poseidon (built around 520BC) and its amazing views. Besides Poseidon’s temple, there is much to enjoy about this romantic island. Visit the famous clock tower that was built in 1927 or the archaeological Museum of Poros. Take one of the cheap government provided bikes, or enjoy the free shuttle bus around the island. There is also opportunity to lounge on one of the many beautiful beaches and snorkel on a wreck of a large fishing trawler. In the evening diner will be taken ashore at one of the many tavernas.

Day 6

Agistri - North

For the early risers there is a chance to do some more sea related fun or for some more exploration before we make our way in the early afternoon to the northern coast of Agistri and the beautiful towns of Skala and Megalohori. There is also the opportunity to visit another uninhabited island where you can explore the ruins of some ancient settlements and swim in the crystal waters. Electric bikes can be hired in the town of Megalohori for those of you keen on further exploration of the island.

Day 7

Aegina

In the morning we will set a course for Aegina. The island was once the temporary Capital of Greece (1827-1829) during the War of Independence and offers tourists access to the famous Temple of Aphaea, the archaeological museum of Kolona, the Cathedral of Aegina, and more. If you are interested in exploring, make sure to let us know so we can help you with arrangements of this stunning island. Take a horse and carriage ride around the harbour or sit with a coffee and watch the world go by. In the late afternoon we will make passage back to a small secluded bay on Salamina for dinner and our final night together.

Day 8

Salamina

All good things must come to an end. In the morning we will make our last passage back to our home port of Salamina and say our goodbyes.
