HIGHLIGHTS:

• Visit and take a cruise through Corinth Canal

We first go to the Isthmus of Corinth, a narrow piece of land connecting mainland Greece and the Peloponnese. There we will see the man-made canal which connects the Corinthian and the Saronic Gulfs. The canal was finished in 1893, but its history started as early as 602 BC. It has a length of over 6km, and its highest point is 79m from sea level. There are bridges on the sides of the canal for cars and people to pass, and which sink up to 13m underwater to let boats sail through. 

We also see a part of the ancient Diolkos where they use to drag the ships from one side to the other.  

The cruise takes about 90 minutes. We have 1-2 hours free after the cruise to sit on the beach side at Loutraki to have a coffee, meal or a pleasant walk.

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

• All prices are for 1 tour for 1-3 passengers in a taxi & up to 7 passengers with a minivan (possible for 8)

• The additional price of €25 per adult and €15 per child over age 6, for those who would like to take the cruise, which you buy as an extra as you are booking.

• Departure time is between 7:00am-9:00am, based on your preference!

• Duration: 6-7 hours

Our cars are well-maintained, clean, and have free Wi-Fi. Baby chairs and most phone chargers are available on request, at no additional charge.

All prices are for 1 ride and for 1 to 3 passengers (on request 4) with a TAXI or SIMPLE SEDAN, 1-7 passengers with a MINIVAN (on request 8) and 8-14 passengers with a MINIBUS usually Mercedes Benz.
